Sabrina Puppin
Born Aviano, Italy
Lives and works in New York, USA

I am an artist who works across media and forms, including drawing, painting, photography, installation, and sculpture. I am interested in the artistic process and reasons behind painting in first place. I deconstruct an idea, a vision, a feeling, and reconstruct it through experimentation with different media. My art visualizes those ideas, visions and feelings, arranging them into conceptual experimentation. Although I use a variety of media and techniques in my projects, my methodology is consistent; I transform these ideas, visions or feelings into a composition, developing as I proceed with the layering of the media. Often each project consists of multiple works, with the last one being the pinnacle. The non-repetitive nature of the media experimentation frees my creativity, taking directions sometimes unexpected. My recent work explores the relationship between natural elements and human emotions. My work is included in private and public collections.
